Guided setup you can leave and come back to

Adding a site used to be a modal. If you closed it halfway through installing the script, you started over.

Setup is now a three-step wizard with its own URL, so you can leave it, come back, and pick up where you were.

The three steps

1. Add your site. If you typed a domain on the home page before signing up, it is already filled in.
2. Install the script. Copy the snippet, choose cookieless or cookie mode, and move on.
3. Connect revenue. Optional. Stripe or Polar, or skip it and do it later.

Then it tells you what is happening

When you land on your dashboard, a notice says it is waiting for your first event. It polls in the background, and it clears itself the moment traffic arrives. No refreshing and guessing.

Once events are flowing, a short checklist takes over with whatever is still missing: install, revenue, payment attribution. You can dismiss it, and it stays out of the way until it has something new to say.
