Ask your editor for traffic numbers

Ask your coding agent how your site did last week and get the numbers without leaving your editor. It can pull visitors, pageviews, bounce rate, session time, and revenue, then follow up with questions like "which pages did German visitors read?"

The same MCP server that creates goals now reads analytics. Choose a site and a period to see totals or a traffic trend. Ask for a ranked breakdown of pages, sources, countries, devices, or another dimension to see what changed. You can narrow the answer with the same filters the dashboard uses.

The answers follow the dashboard's measurement rules. On cookieless sites, new versus returning visitor fields are left empty rather than treating a rotating daily ID as a person. Revenue filtered by traffic source or page counts attributed payments only.

Mint a key in Settings → General → API keys and follow the MCP server guide to connect Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, or another client that can launch a local command. If you already connected the server for goals and funnels, the read tools are available in the same setup.
