Setup now tells you exactly why no data has arrived

Installing the tracking script used to end in a spinner and a list of guesses. Now the install screen checks your site and tells you what it actually found.

• Three clear states. Waiting, "snippet found on your site", and "Tracking is live". Only a real event received by XPmetric counts as live.
• Specific reasons. If an event came from a different domain than the one you registered, if your trial or plan has paused tracking, if your homepage loads the script with another site's token, or if your own browser sends Do Not Track, the screen says so right away.
• A person, if you're stuck. Reply to your welcome email or any setup reminder and I'll install the script for you: a pull request to your repo, the WordPress plugin, or a 15-minute call.
• One next step. Once your first event arrives, you are pointed to connecting revenue, not to everything at once.
